The kitchen is perfect for cooking a large meal as it is equipped with two ovens, gas cook top, convection/microwave oven and sub-zero refrigerator. It is fully equipped with all cooking pots, pans, glassware, service ware, utensils, serving bowls and platters, etc...
All three rooms on the main floor, open to an interior courtyard with a large grill (both gas and charcoal) and a fire pit.
The front yard also offers a large patio, with a sectional sofa for relaxing with a propane fire pit.
The lower level has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a T.V. with a DVD player and a large selection of movies, games, fireplace and sectional couch.
