GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway every Tuesday night. Garbage Removal is Wednesday, Please bring the bins back to the side of the house when the trash has been picked up.
PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions, or events without prior authorization. The house is available for small events with plenty of parking for an additional charge. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud excessive music or noise after 10 PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.
PARKING: The driveway accommodates four+ (4) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street.
PETS: Pets are permitted with prior authorization for an additional $120 charge.
- Property is not enclosed by a fence.
