Very walkable area. Just a short walk to the nearest bus station, you will be less than 20 minutes from anywhere in Fort Collins. There are also several SPIN e-bike stations nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available if needed.

Entry to the house requires climbing stairs, all bedrooms are located on the third floor, and the laundry and game rooms are accessible via the basement stairs. All showers are located in bathtubs, which may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility. Please consider this when booking.
