You’re sure to see some of the abundant wildlife here- deer, eagles, frogs and more. The property offers a lush/spacious yard, perfect for yard games and taking in the fresh island air. Large outdoor deck and patio. Just a short walk to the beach, convenience store, ferry terminal, cafe and more. Big enough for the whole family!

The kitchen is a chef’s dream! Complete with a convection oven, all high-end, full-sized appliances, and gorgeous quartz countertops. The many windows allow you to gaze out at the nature and wildlife while preparing your favorite meal with family and friends.
The kitchen transitions nicely into the open concept dining and living area. Perfectly designed with many large windows and skylights to let in abundant natural light.
Get cozy in the spacious living area. Complete with a large smart TV, and the perfect place for gathering and playing board games. Unwind by the gas fire place while sipping your favorite beverage.
The primary bedroom, located on the main level, has a luxurious King-sized bed to ensure you have a restful night of sleep. This spacious room also has a workspace, convenient for those working remotely.
Pamper yourself in the spa-like main floor bathroom. The enormous walk-in shower is beautifully tiled and complete with a sitting bench, rain shower head, and body jets. If that’s not enough to make you feel completely rejuvenated, the floors and towel bars are heated!
There are two lovely bedrooms located upstairs. Each one is outfitted with an extremely comfortable Queen-sized bed and is decorated with designer touches. Each room has a California Closet with ample storage for all of your belongings.
The upstairs bathroom is beautifully designed with a shower and tub. This bathroom also has heated floors and towels bars for your convenience!

Enjoy the spacious patio and deck area that has plenty of seating for everyone. The owners have thought of everything, including many outdoor umbrellas, intimate string lighting, and a propane grill for preparing delicious meals.
There is also a fun fire pit area, perfect for roasting marshmallows and telling campfire stories!
For those who love nature, this 5 acre property is home to many walking trails, a pond, and a lovely garden.
High speed internet is available for guest use.

*** Please note that there is no gas station on Lummi Island and you will need to fill-up before you arrive.
*** For guests travelling between April and June, The Whatcom Chief ferry goes into dry dock for maintenance. This means that there is no substitute vehicle ferry service and the island is accessible via ferry only for foot passengers and bikes. Dry dock season typically lasts for about three weeks and exact dates are posted on the Whatcom Chief’s website. Please reach out and we can help you plan your stay!
