Our newest Zen-inspired home offers indoor/outdoor living & dining. Enjoy a restful stay on new premium mattresses and pillows. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishware, utensils, cookware, appliances, and bakeware!. The private backyard offers additional space for you to dine, entertain, and relax. The amenities include a dining table for 6, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor games, and a cozy gazebo with sofa and tv. The location is very convenient & close to the City of Hope/Rose Bowl/Pasadena.
This property is a private detached duplex with no shared spaces or amenities. There is a small detached 1 bedroom unit at the back of the lot which is rented on a longer-term basis. The properties are completely separate, fenced, and have their private entrances.
