This quiet gated community features 42 acres of lush tropical landscape, two heated gulf side swimming pools, two spas, a kiddy pool and playground area, as well as a fitness room, sauna room, 3 Har-Tru tennis courts, walking trails, barbecues, and a newly renovated clubhouse for social events that has direct ocean views. The entire complex sits on a half mile of private white sandy beach, with beach chairs and umbrellas available free of charge on first come first serve basis. The clubhouse hosts weekly events. Smoking and pets are not permitted. 24-hour security on property.
