Summary: This place was exactly as advertised. We spent two months and enjoyed its beach proximity, spacious bedrooms and quiet surroundings. Mid century modern home with some updates to today’s standards. Very clean. Ben, the owner, was easy to communicate with via text. We had issues with the AC.but he provided an adequate solution and was responsive. Be aware that you will jot have thermostat control as the AC unit serves two separate living spaces. Nearly new appliances and all working well. Great fenced yard for dogs if they are part of your family. Overall would recommend this property.
