This hideaway is only 20 minutes from UMF college town, Farmington, and Colby College town, Waterville, for some fun shopping, ice cream and drive-ins and restaurants. The capital, Augusta, is 30 minutes away for some city life.
Enjoy this very peaceful campsite - see wildlife in the wetland visible from the site! Kayaks are available to paddle around the beautiful streams and North Pond eating your lunch while you gaze at the water lilies and beaver dams. Enjoy home cooked meals and lobster rolls right up the road from your campsite. MANY amenities included!!!!!

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!
Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.
Group Camping: We welcome campers with larger parties, but the standard Tentrr setup only includes the canvas tent plus the additional pop-up dome tent. You may need and are encouraged to bring additional camping gear of your own if you plan on camping with a large party.
Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. You may have as many campers in your party up to the maximum limit that is set for the listing, but please note that the only bed provided as a standard amenity is the one set up inside the canvas tent.
Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.
Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Rent kayaks including oars and life jackets: $15 per boat per day
Travel 2 miles down the road to public boat access. Gorgeous streams and huge pond. Rentals are $15 for each boat per day.
Firewood: $15
Initial firewood provided for stove and fire pit.
Other Things to Note:
DO enjoy the above-ground pool you can rent access to for a small fee if it's a hot day. Extremely refreshing! There is a huge mint patch at the foot of the campsite space available for your picking. We are pet friendly! Enjoy the indoor/outdoor games! Clean, cozy & comfy! Please keep an eye on the weather, for colder nights we suggest you bring a sleeping bag. We provide sheets for rent for an extra charge!
