The space
Entry Level
Walk in the front door and be presented with your office to the right and your library to the left. The first floor also has two bathrooms (one full and one half). The dining area is in the center of the home. The living room and kitchen are on the courtyard side. Off the kitchen is a mudroom where you can store shoes and coats.
Middle Level
Two bedrooms are at back of the home and share a bathroom. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level. The master bedroom is at the front of the home and has a soaking tub and shower in the master bathroom. There are also two closets one of which is a walk in closet with clothing and shoe storage. There is a small balcony that can be accessed from the master bedroom with seating for two.
Top Level
This level is dedicated to the theater room. There is a a projector and huge projector screen for your movie watching pleasure. Bean bags and chairs are provided. A karoake machine is also provided. There is a wet bar that includes a mini-fridge, coffee machine, popcorn maker, microwave, glasses and bowls! There is a half bath located on this level. There is a large balcony that can be accessed from the theater room which has seating for four.
Guest access
The room above the garage is not living space and is not accessible to guests. This area is used by host for storage.
