Perfect for groups, this designer retreat is comprised of the Century Oak House and two adjacent casitas. Host a private cookout on your scenic back patio, then gather around the firepits and watch the stars come out!
Hike to gorgeous waterfalls and views of the surrounding Hill Country. The Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake are also right down the road.
CENTURY OAK HOUSE
This single-story home sleeps up to six guests between two suites.
Make yourself at home in the stylish living room, offering ample plush seating and a 42” TV.
Channel your inner chef in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Enjoy appetizers at the kitchen bar for three, then sit down to home-cooked meals at the sunlit dining table for six.
Unwind into vacation mode in the inviting master suite, furnished with two queen-size beds. The en-suite bathroom holds dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a water closet.
Comfort awaits in the guest suite, configured with a queen-size bed, a 36” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A convenient kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.

CASITAS A & B
Two nearly identical halves of a ground-level duplex, Casitas A & B each offer a studio layout.
Casita A sleeps up to four guests between two queen-size beds, while Casita B sleeps up to two guests in a luxurious king-size bed.
Both casitas feature a 42” smart TV and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.
The bathroom in each casita is fitted with a walk-in shower and stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
Both casitas are configured with a covered front patio, ideal spots to watch for white-tailed deer.
In the evenings, gather around the adjacent two firepits.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a separate laundry room, easily accessible by all units.
Parking is provided for five vehicles (two in the driveway and three in the shared parking area). Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Century Oak is located just a block away from Hidden Falls!
Hike one of many scenic Hill Country trails. The Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake are only a short drive away.
Things to Know:
Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
