The house sits atop 36 acres of lush land which runs along a gorgeous creek, backdropped by state-protected forest, The Fireside is a perfect escape.
The space
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a massive living room, a billiards room with a full-sized and fully-equipped bar (liquor not included... ;), two wood-burning fireplaces, a sauna, and 36 acres of land which run along a beautiful rushing creek.
The house features a brand-new and fully-equipped kitchen with brand new floors, marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and modern finishes. The adjacent dining room features a table set for 8, perfect for dinner parties and game nights. Step down two stone steps to the grand living room, which has tons of seating space, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart TV for cozy movie nights by the fire.
Each bedroom is fitted with the comfiest mattresses, pillows and bedding. The massive primary bedroom, up a flight of stairs, has a king size bedroom, a living area, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony. The neighboring upstairs bedroom also has a king size bed, an office setup, as well as its own ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms upstairs share a sauna. The two bedrooms downstairs—one a queen room and one with two twin beds—share a full bathroom.
The billiards room boasts its own fireplace with a cozy seating nook, a pool table, and a bar at which you can mix your favorite cocktails and perch for hours.
The huge backyard features a hot tub, a fire pit, a grill, a massive outdoor dining table, a playset, and plenty of space for running around or dining al fresco and taking in the gorgeous, lush landscape. Please note: the home is almost entirely private BUT -- across the driveway is another home where a farmer, a very sweet gentleman who works the land, lives. The back yard area is on the opposite side of the house to where the farmer lives so any potential encounters with him would be minimal.
