Positive: Standard apartment at No 5 but not the luxurious apartment we booked at No 1 the Grove and although location was good felt let down at No 1 which was booked was not clean when we arrived

Negative: Bad service that confirmation had been received the day before we arrived and at 4pm when we could access the property found that it had not been cleaned

Summary: Very disappointed
