And, the cherry on top just might be the fenced in backyard area which features a patio, a fire pit, a sandbox and fun decor that will make you feel like you've stepped into a quaint little beach bar near the ocean! Layout:
This cozy one level home has an open concept that enters into the living room and opens up into the kitchen. There are two bedrooms to the right of the kitchen, and one with an en suite bathroom. The second bathroom is to the left of the kitchen, as well as the third bedroom and the laundry area. The kitchen leads to the covered patio and large outdoor area.
Parking:
Guests can park up to two cars in the driveway. Additional free street parking can be found on Burbank Avenue in front of the home and is first come, first serve.
Getting Around:
Here in South Nashville you'll be 10 mins or less in all directions to the most popular areas of the city (3 miles from 12 South & The Gulch, 5 miles from downtown, 7 miles from Germantown!) With close proximity to the interstate it will be a breeze to get from A to Z. Uber and Lyft are readily accessible which is a great option when you're going out to explore for the evening.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
