Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. >> Up to 2 dogs allowed with approval and a fee of $200. Please clean up after your dog and do not allow them on the furniture. All pet waste must be picked up. A $50 fee will apply if waste is left in the yard. Unattended pets must be crated. Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees. No cats allowed. Unauthorized animals are subject to a $500 fee per animal.
>> $500 or portion thereof for every 4 hrs of unauthorized late checkout.
>> Max occupancy: 13. A $150/person/day, or portion thereof, fee applies for unauthorized guests not registered with the booking or exceeding the occupancy limit.
>> Smoking or vaping in the property is prohibited. A $500 fee applies for smoking and/or order removal due to smoke or otherwise.
>> The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or portion thereof for staff hours) for replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered by damage waiver, stains, bedbug treatment, technical support, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors and extinguishers), failure to return keys/passes/fobs, failure to keep pool gates and doors secured, extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar acts and omissions.
>> $500+ for plumbing misuse, including flushing anything other than toilet paper.
Code compliance with local noise ordinances is required. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.
