With many wonderful small features to pamper you during your stay, this is a perfect retreat whether during a busy week or a get-away weekend. This condo offers a King size bed, Queen size air mattress and a Queen size pull-out couch to sleep a total of 6! There is one full bathroom, a full kitchen perfect for breakfast or dinner in, along with a breathtaking balcony that is perfect for your morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening! There is a washer and dryer right inside the unit.
As our guest you'll be free to use any of the three inside common areas (2 story main lobby and 6th floor Sky Lounge), 24/7 fitness center access, the pool, outdoor lounge, multiple fire pits and four grilling stations.
We will not be on sight but are local and available at any time if needed.
We are located right in the heart of Downtown Nashville. We are a very short walk to the Convention Center along with the Country Music Hall of Fame. You can also walk to endless bars and restaurants including Lower Broadway and all of the Honky Tonks. We are also 7-10 min to The Gulch if you are looking to hit one of its many amazing restaurants.
You can walk most places, but if you need parking almost everything in the area is paid parking. We offer our guests the option to buy a parking pass which allows you to come and go at anytime while guaranteeing a spot for you when you return.

Pool- during busy season, the pools maximum occupancy is 150 allowed and is first come, first serve. If there is a line, there is a 2 hour max time in the pool area. Please note you may have to wait if it’s at the maximum capacity.
