Positive: Location. Fit my family

Negative: The townhouse needs overall maintenance. Clogged drains, dangling towel bars, dust bunnies, freezer didn't get cold enough for ice. There were no bath mats, limited towels, no baking pans. For this price point, I expected a bit more high end ameneties
