This Stunning home sits on the East shore of beautiful Torch Lake, just North of the quaint town of Alden. Imagine spending a month here, enjoying the crystal blue water and beautiful sunsets. This newer home is in a private neighborhood on a dead end road. Decorated in the perfect "Lake Living" decor. This spacious open floor plan home is perfect for the larger family to enjoy There are 2 Primary en-suites, a total of 5 large bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths. Large living room area with seperate TV viewing area upstairs. The outdoor space is to die for! Large lakeside patio with covered grilling area, several seating areas, with a gas table top firepit, as well as a seperate large stone seating area with fire pit. Great yard for the kids to play.
The location is perfect. You are also about 30 minutes drive to Traverse City. And about 1 hour drive to other great and interesting areas such as Charlevoix, Leelanau Peninsula and Petoskey. Let's not forget also about spending a day at the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes or Mackinaw Island. Whatever direction you choose to go the surrounding area has so much to offer, from places to visit, to small little shoppes where you can find that special something to remember your trip by, as well as some of the best food around!!!! Many hiking & biking trails in the nearby area.
