This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony facing the beautiful Guadalupe river-front expanse. With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest room, and a full size sleeper sofa, this unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests.
Waterwheel is a condominium community of privately-owned homes nestled in a residential neighborhood, offering the tranquil feel of a river-front retreat while being right off center of the heart of New Braunfels action. Lounge at one of the two pools, soak in one of the four hot tubs. Plant your camping chair in the river and read a book or fish to your heart's content. Walk or drive 6 blocks to Schlitterbahn. Walk around the corner to Cypress Bend Park for a short float back to Waterwheel. Drive to Hinman Island, Landa Park, downtown New Braunfels, or Historic Gruene in under 5 minutes.

There is a stack-able washer and dryer and plenty of extra linens.
