Property is near many waterfalls, rivers, boat launch (right around the corner) bars and restaurants, hiking (even in the back property), skiing, fishing, horse trails, Brantingham golf course, Tug Hill Vineyards/winery, High Voltage Hills Motocross, etc. Also not far from the quaint little town of Old Forge, NY, which has amusement and water parks, many country stores and lakeside dining.
