Ocean views, steps away from Scarborough Beach. This five bedroom home captures classic New England charm. An inviting living and dining area opens to a front porch, which offers a relaxing space to take in the ocean breezes. A bedroom and bathroom are located on the first level. The second level features four bedrooms and the second full bathroom. Sweeping views of the ocean and beach can be seen from the two front facing bedrooms. On the second level there is an additional living space in the front of house to take advantage of the views.
There is a five car maximum, and for security, cameras facing the rear of the property towards the backyard and driveway.

Please note during the summer season June 26 - September 4 this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday. All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. A linen package is included with the rental, this included commercially laundered linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, bath mat and kitchen towels. Please note that linens are rented on a weekly basis and multiple week rentals will incur additional costs. Beach towels are not included, tenants will need to bring their own.
