Summary: This home is so cute, comfortable and clean. We came in a few days early for a concert at Red Rocks. The location was great for getting to the concert. The home was also a great location for traveling to the mountains and Golden. The old town Avada is so easy to get to and definitely worth a trip. We really enjoyed School House Kitchen and Bar (sit in the bar) especially since my daughter is a teacher. This home has everything you need and we enjoyed having the folding chairs available for our tailgating at Red Rocks before the concert. You can't go wrong staying here!
