The Space:
Stunning 3/2 condo at Village at Gruene Condominiums with amazing view of the Guadalupe River and direct river access. Just a short walk to the historic Gruene Hall! This unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms which sleeps 6 guests. Rio Hacienda is located on the top floor with a balcony that boasts breathtaking views of the Guadalupe River, Texas Hill Country, and beautiful sunsets. The condo showcases tasteful Western decor which complements the rich colors throughout. The master bedroom has a large king bed, cable TV, balcony access, and private master bathroom. The two additional guest rooms share a second full bathroom located conveniently in the hall. Both bathrooms are stocked with hotel sized amenities, towels, and two rolls of toilet paper. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest room has two twin beds. High quality linens are provided for all beds and baths. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. The cozy living room and kitchen will make you feel right at home!
The complex has elevators for easy access to your unit as well as a community pool to enjoy. A cement walkway down to the river awaits you with charcoal grills and picnic tables. There is direct river access, and tube outfitters, like Rockin' R, are less than three blocks away! Don't miss out on what the historic town of Gruene has to offer within walking distance of the condo. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay. Enjoy the spectacular river views from your private balcony! Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking spots. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No pets allowed.
