This unit is also set up as a smart home, with 2 Alexas and Wifi Enabled TVs. Condo is in a secluded and secure community above the street level. 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed, plus a sofa mattress and an air mattress.
Please note:
The bathroom is upstairs, so not suitable for guests who have difficulty with stairs. Also, please have reasonable cleaning expectations as the cleaning fee is only $50. You can expect a clean kitchen, bathroom, floors, and fresh sheets, but to get super deep cleaning with fridge, oven, etc, would cost almost $150-$200 from maid service, which I don't think most people want to pay. However, if you really desire that, let me know in advance and I can make it happen.
