This is a bright and cheery 2 bedroom one and a half bath quad unit located in quiet Village Green. You can walk eight blocks to the beautiful beaches or to the picturesque harbor. It is a 5 minute bike ride from the downtown area where you can find a variety of stores, arcades, miniature golf, ice cream shops, casual and fine dining. Enjoy the deck, screened in porch, updated kitchen, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi internet access, ceiling fans and central air conditioning. The kitchen has granite countertops and all brand new appliances with an ice maker. This house has new furniture including couches, beds & mattresses. There is a large flat screen TV with cable/DVD and a queen pull out sofa in the family room. The entire flooring is carpet free with area rugs. There is a one car off street parking spot and also there is ample street parking if needed. Property can accommodate up to 6 people. Brand new (3) front doors, outside shower, patio furniture, & deck with grill. Includes 4 beach chairs & 4 beach tags. Linens/sheets/bedspreads/towels and toiletries NOT included. We DO leave large throw blankets that the renter can use wash. Families welcome. In high season it is a Sat-Sat rental only. In the off season we would consider breaking up a 7 day rental and rent for a few nights/long weekends. Thank you again for reading about our property!
