Step through the front door into the dining area, situated in the front of the house, with a mod circular dining table that seats 6. This space can be enjoyed either for casual dining or also makes a perfect conversation area or game night table. Make your way into the living room through French doors that lead to a comfortable plush sectional sofa. This room has a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, Hulu capable though subscriptions are not included).
The beautifully updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and stylish deep wood cabinetry. Ample counter space makes this kitchen a chef’s paradise with plenty of room to prepare meals for family and friends. All the essentials are there at your fingertips, including a full pot and single brew coffee maker. Guests can keep the chef company in one of the two bar stools at the kitchen island.

The space in the loft is expansive with a sectional sofa perfect for gathering or enjoying some alone time with a good book.
