Summary: I specified something easy weeks (maybe even more than 2 months) in advance and didn't get it. There seems to be minimal cleaning services uses here which may result in not all the rooms available every day due to them not being cleaned yet. Front desk was nice and good. Room was ok. Could have had a better chair and more *available power outlets (NOT at the sink). An enclosed or better closet would have been better. Great water pressure in shower as usual. A second bar of soap initially offered would have been nice. Stinky hallways! I have always liked this hotel but the stinky hallways and stairwells take alot away from the experience. They need better ventilation, air fresheners, carpet cleaning....something.
