Stroll Cheeseman or City Park during the day or visit The Ogden and The Fillmore music venues by night. This is truly a great location for those who enjoy walkability!

Located in a historical home, our updated and spacious basement apartment will immediately feel welcoming with its recent renovations and cozy charm. Our fully stocked kitchen gives you plenty of space and everything you need to cook meals at home for the days you're staying in. The 2 bedrooms are connected and only separated by sliding doors, making it a great option for families who don't need ultimate privacy from each other. Working while away? Our high speed internet (900+ Mbps download and upload from a CenturyLink fiber internet connection) and designated desk space will give you everything you need for your mobile office.

Access to Denver doesn't get any better than this. You're one block from many restaurants and coffeeshops, including a few favorites Humboldt Kitchen and White Pie Pizza. Exploring Denver? This a great launching off point!

You can take the train from the airport to Union Station and catch an Uber to our home. We are in walking distance to many great places. You don't need a car but we do recommend one to experience all of Denver.
Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $65. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets and multiple month stays. Dogs must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES when not inside the unit.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 11:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.

We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund.
