POOL HEATING INFORMATION:
Pool heating (up to 82F) is an optional extra which is payable in addition to the cost of your reservation. Prices are $25 per day. Pool heating may not be necessary for your vacation, especially if you're visiting Florida in the hot summer months. If you need any pool heating it is likely to be in the winter, late fall, and early spring months when daytime temperatures are cooler. You can add pool heating to your booking by asking us, up to 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you opt to have no pool heating but you change your mind while on vacation, we can arrange for your pool heating to be turned on, however please be aware electric heaters can take up to 24 hours to heat up. Note pool heating cannot be provided if outside temperature drops below 55F.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTION CLAUSE:
Should the reserved property become unavailable due to unforeseen events, the guest will be accommodated in a comparable or superior rental property, subject to availability, at no additional cost.
