The space
Our apartment is uniquely designed. When you enter the apartment you'll immediately notice that you are not in your average cookie-cutter apartment.Designed by Donald Singer, who had come to Fort Lauderdale in 1964 and built this four-unit Colee Hammock apartment building that is still regarded as one of the architectural highlights of the city. Its sleek modern lines and unique placement of a single oak tree in an enclosed courtyard for each unit is a marvel to behold.In the kitchen, there is a small table for eating or drinking. The kitchen is equipped with the basics so you can enjoy a nice meal.The living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed if needed. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap, and shampoo.Note: the property does not have a washer and dryer and no dishwasher.There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 72-75.Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)
