This cottage is located on the east side of Boothbay Harbor walking distance to town by a connecting footbridge. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen, 2 downstairs bathrooms and an upstairs 1/2 bath. Offering a glassed in dining area and deck off the back, a downstairs primary bedroom, and upstairs one bedroom and open area can sleep 6 comfortably. Pets are welcome at the discretion of the owner and with an additional pet fee of $100.00.
A short walk across the scenic footbridge and you are in the center of Boothbay Harbor. Close to restaurants, art galleries, boat tours, and downtown shopping. Barrett's Park is a great place for a wim or to enjoy a picnic. It's around the corner and is a 4 minute walk. Check out the Boothbay Lobster Wharf only 1/2 mile away where you call and order your cooked lobsters or pick them up live to take back home with you. A ten minute drive to the spectacular Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, the Boothbay Harbor Country Club, Dolphin Mini Golf, and so much more!
*House Updates: Renovations to the upstairs open bedroom are happening now! The large area upstairs will be divided into two areas: A bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin bed and the other area will be a larger open area with 1 queen and 1 twin bed with access to a sitting area and the half bathroom. Pictures will be updated upon completion.

This property books Saturday to Saturday during peak season from mid June through mid September.

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation any amounts paid by Guest will be refunded (less any credit card fees incurred) as follows:
100% if cancelled prior to or on date six (6) months prior to Check-in Date
50% if cancelled after six (6) months and before or on three (3) months prior to Check-in Date
0% if cancelled after three (3) months prior to Check-in Date
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of Guests allowed in Premises is 8. If this number is exceeded without prior approval from the Property Manager, Guest will forfeit the security deposit and the Property Manager may cancel the agreement without further notice. No subletting is allowed to others.
Linens: Sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided with this rental.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside or on the grounds of this property.
Pets: No pets are allowed without prior approval from the Property Manager.
Noise: No parties are allowed on the Premises. No loud noises are permitted outdoors between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Supplies: An initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning items will be supplied.
Trash: If Guest's needs exceed a weekly trash pickup, please contact Property Manager.
Arrival and Departure: Check-in time is 4:00 pm or later. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Property Manager will meet you upon arrival and give Guest a house tour and keys. Keys are to be locked inside the house upon check-out. There is a fee for late check-out unless prior arrangements have been made.
Departure and Cleaning: Please leave the house as you found it. Dirty linens should be placed in a pile in one bathroom or laundry room. Dishes should be cleaned or placed in dishwasher and run. Please take all food out of the refrigerator and put bagged trash in bins provided. The house will be thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay. Housekeeping duties during the rental are the responsibility of the Guest.
Courtesy quiet hours start at 10 pm.
