Great for families or two families vacationing together, this house has everything needed for family dinners, BBQs, scenic walks, beach days, bike rides, kayaking, standing up paddling boarding, hanging on the outside decks, and more. Guests will have access to community amenities available during the June season including a private beach, playground, ball field and tennis. The house may not be modern and updated but it cozy and in the same family for nearly 40 years. Sunsets are on display just off the back porch and every bedroom has a water view. The town of Falmouth has a nice restaurant scene, two close ferries can take visitors to the Vineyard for the day in a matter of 20 minutes, and Nantucket can be reached by high speed ferry from Hyannis in 2 hours.
