Welcome to Cozy Creek Retreat- a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath lakeside cabin suitable for 12 guests. The home offers lots of space to spread out and enjoy Kentucky Lake. A covered deck, hot tub and lots of parking make it ideal for families. The home was completely renovated in 2021 and comes with a fully stocked kitchen. The home sits on top of a hill overlooking the lake. Water views are seasonal. A walk through the back yard takes you to a private dock. The walk to the dock does require you to go down the hill and does have spots with a steep incline so this is not ideal for those with balance and ambulation issues. The large yard allows for corn hole, horseshoes, a Hammock and a large fire pit.
