The Space:
The home is furnished with two Queen-size memory foam beds, and one full-size sleeper sofa. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal amount of guests would be 1-4 people. But we can definitely fit 6!
Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!
The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, and more.
My waterfront retreat is so perfect, you'll want to stay forever. We've had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously.)
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire home excluding the garage. This will include the kayaks, kayak launch, covered boat house (25'x12' of inside covered space to dock) with outlets available and lighting.
Other Things to Note:
In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
Firepit is BYOW(Bring your own wood haha)
BOATERS
This house IS bridge locked.
The covered dock is 25 feet and 6 inches at its longest and 12 feet wide at its widest.
We also have tie ups and fenders for the side of the dock closest to the canal which is 28 feet long and also an extra 25 feet close to the seawall that you can tie up to.
The bridge on the south side has 8' of clearance and the bridge at the north end has 7'6" of clearance at the time of writing this. There can be a 2' water level change at any time depending on wind so please be prepared.
