This new home, just built in 2021, is a 4-bedroom luxurious home that offers everything you need for an unforgettable Florida getaway - with 2 king bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom, and a Full Bedroom, a sparkling saltwater heated pool, relaxing hot tub, outdoor kitchen, boat lift, and canal-front dock.
You will instantly be captivated by the welcoming, open-concept great room with 13 FT tray ceilings leading into a fully stocked, spacious, ultra-modern coastal kitchen. Relax on 5 Theater electric powered recliners to view a cinema-like 85” Smart TV. You can entertain with ease both indoors and outdoors as the access to the lanai has 3 stacking glass 10ft high sliders on each side of a 90-degree opening, so you can bring the outside in.
Whether you are sipping morning coffee by the water or grilling poolside under the stars, you will experience the best of Florida's Gulf Coast in comfort and style.

1st BR-Master Bedroom has a Split King adjustable bed with with high end luxury mattresses from Sven and Sons. It also has a 55" smart TV and a luxurious, large bathroom with 2 rainshower heads and a large, relaxing bathtub.
2nd BR- offers 2 Twin beds with Twin trundles underneath them. The one Twin trundle has the capability to raise up, even making it a King bed. So this room offers 4 twins or 1 king and 2 twin beds. It also has a 40" smart TV
3rd BR- offers a Queen bed with a Twin trundle underneath it. It also has a 40" smart TV
4th BR- offers a Full size Bed with drawers underneath it. This BR DOES NOT have a closet to hang clothes (converted from a Den/office)

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the entire property, including the house, garage, pool/spa, lanai, dock, outdoor kitchen/grill, and station at the dock. It is a 3-car garage, but the owner does have a vehicle in the garage, leaving 2 spaces available for tenants
If guests want to use the boat lift, there will be an additional fee, and it must be discussed with the owner before use.
Other things to note
POOL and HOT TUB HEAT: Pool and hot tub heat fee is included in your rate. The pool is serviced weekly on Thursdays or Fridays between 9 am and 5 pm. Pool heat is available from November 1st to March 31st, and hot tub heat is available all year long. Max pool heat is 82 degrees. Guests will be provided access to the hot tub heat through the Pentair Pool App upon arrival.
OUTDOOR GRILL: The BBQ is a blackstone which includes a propane tank. We do have an extra tank in the garage. Please notify us if you run out and change it so we can have the extra tank filled again for future guests. All guests must clean the grill after use.
