This 1.3 acre property is an all in dream getaway boasting one of the very few PRIVATE POOLS in the Wintergreen area, private indoor SAUNA, newly installed private theater room, large playground, toys, books and games for kids and adults to enjoy, fully stocked kitchen with service for 12, 1 minute walk from Stoney Creek Golf and Tennis courts and 5 min drive to Lake Monocan beach and so much more!
We are always available for any questions but will not be located on the property.
*This home is in a residential neighborhood and is not meant for large parties. There is a strict no noise policy outside the home or on the premises after 9:00 p.m. - including weekends!
Any excess noise complaints we get from neighbors will incur a $250 additional fee per stay and a negative review on Airbnb.
*Our home is available for guests to bring their pets, however we need to be told in advance and there will be a $50 fee added per pet per stay.
*No slime allowed in the home during your stay.
