The home comes with a dock for fishing and sea life viewing. Possible manatees, dolphin, rays and much much more. Kayaks, paddle boards and kids toys are available. A fish light turns on at night for viewing Tarpon, snook, snapper and plenty of ocean creatures. Take a long walk on the beach to collect shells, view the sunrise. The property has coconut palms, banana trees, various fruit trees. The Gulf of Mexico is just a few blocks behind the house with a neat “Jungle walk” close by.
The home was featured on HGTV’s beach hunters season 2 episode 11. It has a modern look that is beautifully decorated with an ocean theme.
