Three bedrooms and one additional Folding bed available (must be assembled by guest) for use to sleep 8 total guests. Fully furnished with One Queen, two twins, one full folded bed, and comfortable bedding. Outdoor hot tub is seasonal. Fire pit is available all year round (must provide your own fire wood).
Outdoor space include a large comfortable covered and screened in porch and a two tiered deck for entertaining.

Double folded bed is provided for optional use and are assembled by guest. Double bed and Linen is stored in Master bedroom closets.

Pond rocks are slippery!!! Please do not walk on Pond rocks and other rocks located around the pond, or use as a pathway. It Is also not suitable for small children to use or be near water features. Underaged individuals must be supervised at all times in the backyard.
