Austin's North Loop neighborhood is a unique part of town located just northeast of the University of Texas. North Loop's proximity to the university and mix of eclectic restaurants and shops makes it a popular local hangout among students and campus staff. A funky, pedestrian-friendly stretch of North Loop Boulevard features colorful vintage boutiques, plus record and book stores. There are also easygoing restaurants, stylish bars and a 24/7 coffeehouse. The neighborhood is bordered by freeways and strip-mall heavy thoroughfares.
The neighborhood is relatively walkable, with several parks, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is also located near several major highways, including I-35 and US-183, making it easy to get around by car.
Important note:
• Kindly note that Bathroom 1, located in the living room, is a half bathroom featuring a toilet only, with no shower or bathtub.
• A $135 security deposit is required for the property, covering the key fob and any damage. It will be refunded after checkout, provided there are no issues.
• The sliding door in the kitchen can be operated with a key; however, the key is not yet available for use. We appreciate your understanding.
• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
Additional Services:
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
