It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
