This property is located about 45 minutes drive from Frisco/McKinney area. There is plenty of room for a boat or an Rv in covered parking.

Home Rules:
No smoking in the house. Smoking Allowed only in designated area

Lock all doors and exit from the front door (press the Lock key button on the electronic Keypad)
Place Furniture back in place.
Dishes Loaded in dishwasher.
No Shoes inside the house.
No party poppers as it is messy to clean.
No Cars/Vehicles in outdoor Seating area.
Place all the trash (Bottles, Cans etc.) in the trash cans.
Cans/ Bottles/trash must be trashed only in trash cans and not in open area.
Collect trash and place them in the bin next to the porch
Turn off all lights, Fans, and any other electric equipment
Close all exit doors all the time.
Make sure to keep hot tub cover locked before leaving.
Before leaving Notify the Host of your departure
Notify of any damage or incident to the property
Guest needs to Purchase Insurance.
Pet Rules:
If you are bringing Pet, make sure your reservation reflects the same and Payment is made.
If you plan to bring the Pet and not included in the reservation, make sure to inform the host and make payment (75 $ per pet per stay).
Pets Not allowed on Furniture.
Pets should not be left unattended.
Pick up pet waste.

Hot Tub Rules
Fake Tan Must Not Be Worn In The Hot Tub Under Any Circumstances.
Guests Must shower before using the hot tub, to ensure the removal of moisturizers, perfumes that will affect the clarity of the water and chemical balances, this ensures a pleasant experience for all. Guests should also shower after using the hot tub.
Please take care when using the hot tub and do not run when wet
Drinks can be consumed around the hot tub area, please do so with care and try not to spill drinks into the water
If glass be broken in the tub then Immediately vacate the tub then turn the jets off if they are running.
Please report this before you vacate and refrain from using the tub
Make sure all users know where the main isolator power switch is in case you need to power off in an emergency. Do Not use this to turn the hot tub off or power off unnecessarily as this will stop the heater from working and the tub will cool down.
At No Point Must Anyone Walk On The Hot Tub Cover. This is both for your safety and to ensure no damage to the cover itself.
Do Not Use The Hot Tub If You Have Skin, Ear Or Other Body Infections, Open Sores Or Wounds. At No Point Should The Hot Tub Be Used If You Suffer From The Above. Do Not Get Into The Hot Tub Wearing Fake Tan, Make Up, Body Cream Etc. This Will Cause Significant Damage To The Tub And Filtration System And Can Cause It To Be Un Operational
Do Not Use The Hot Tub Continuously For More Than 2 Hours At A Time. This is first and foremost not good for your health and, secondly, running the pumps and leaving the lid open for longer will result in temperature loss and deterioration of water quality. Recommended guidelines suggest that you should use a hot tub for 15 to 30 minutes at a time with a maximum of 45 minutes at any one time.
Do Not Eat Food Or Smoke In The Tub.
Do Not Immerse Your Head Underwater.
Do Not Put Any Weight On The Plastic Lid As It May Damage Or Break The Lid.
Do Not Use The Hot Tub In High Winds This Will Damage The Lid And Be A Safety Hazard.
If the hot tub is not in use then the cover should be closed, leaving the cover open for prolonged periods will reduce the hot tub temperature and therefore ruin your enjoyment.
Hot Tub Health Warnings:
No children under the age of 7 may use the hot tub.
Do Not leave children unattended in or near the tub even when the lid is closed.
Do Not use the tub if you are unwell, have low or high blood pressure, are pregnant, sensitive to chlorine or have any open wounds. If you have any doubts, ask your doctor
