Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.The dock has two tie-offs if you are bringing your own boat or jet ski and want to tie it to the dock. Please be aware that the main slip is used full-time to store the homeowner's boat.The homeowner's boat and 2 jet skis are NOT available for guest use and there will be a $1000 fine each for tampering with either of these.Please note: the driveway to access this unit is steep.This property is managed by Vacasa Tennessee LLC.
