A golf cart is highly recommended as this home is on the backside of the Island with all of its beauty and peacefulness it is about 8 blocks to dip your toes in the sand at the beach and about 6 blocks from the business district. Walkable but MORE enjoyable and relaxing with a golf cart especially since this house is also located in the middle of Folly Beach and you have about 3 1/2 miles on either side of you to explore. Loaded with wonderful sights to experience such as the bird sanctuary, the historic light house at one end of the Island and the beautiful Folly Beach County Park and Sunset Cay Marina on the other end of the Island with all kinds of wonders in between! It will so enhance your stay.
If you are planning to bring a pet, they must be preapproved at booking or shortly thereafter. Certain guidelines apply such as breed, weight being under 40 lbs and must be over 3 yrs. of age. A nonrefundable Pet Addendum will need to be completed along with a nonrefundable deposit.
Pricing for parties bringing a boat is not included in the rental rates of the house as many guests do not bring a boat. This is considered an extra service, and you will be given a reasonable price at booking or shortly thereafter depending on your length of stay.
