The downtown has a remarkable amount of energy and opportunities of all kinds to entertain, however this can get loud down town. Well not at the condo which is across from some of the nicest trails in Boulder and away from the crowds. 5 minutes away in a little enclave with 7 other condos that have a lovely little garden as a center. The nights are quiet and in the morning you can go for a hike or a run and then walk over to get a nice coffee or breakfast at one of the many quality restaurants only a five minute walk away. Everything is at your tippy fingers.
