The Space

The main floor features a 1,500 sq ft Great Room with 16' vaulted ceilings, distressed beams, and solid oak floors. An elevated deck extends from the Great Room, perfect for outdoor dining and cooking with double BBQ grills and side burners. The oversized chef's kitchen includes 2 large refrigerators, a large freezer, separate ice maker, double ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, a 48” gas cooktop with griddle and custom hood, and a walk-in pantry. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware, appliances, and cooking tools. It's large enough for several chefs to cook simultaneously. High-quality materials enhance the home throughout, including real slate floors, alder finishes, solid granite, and many custom furnishings. The gym features new NordicTrack machines with 24” screens offering free “iFit” workout programs and access to popular apps like Netflix. The primary bedroom includes an attached bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in closet.
