All new pavilion to seat 50 people ready for fall of 2025 !!!! We also installed s new Swing set its perfect for adults and children , we also have a grill on the beach for your use with a grill at the house ,lounge chairs , rolling cooler , trust this is a true memory you will remember (in a big way) !! Hot-tub and pavilion also has a new commercial gas cook stove ! stocked Fire-pit with firewood provided also new paverbrick patios n walkways , Huge Natural Stone Tables big n small !!! Thank you very much !! And I look forward to meeting Yall ! Ken jam, Texas horse shoes, real horse shoes, golf ball, rope, toss, karaoke on tower, stands with double mics chairs to play in the water with  multiple hammocks, the stars don’t get any brighter anywhere else !  if we don’t have it, we will get it for you come out n enjoy folks a free bottle of white n red wine 🍻 with every stay !
