Unlimited Wifi included in rental price. Three bedrooms, large common area, full kitchen, two baths, elevated deck, fire pit area, and tremendous views of the mountains. All the amenities of home on 1.25 acres with an easy drive to State College. Access to state games lands nearby, biking/hiking trails galore, state forests and parks, central air/heat, and two full baths. Plenty of driveway space for several vehicles and your boat. Ten minutes from groceries, take out, ice cream, or local supply stores. Please note trash/recycling will need taken with you upon leaving. Walk to the lake if you like!
