Beautiful 3 bedroom Greek revival style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath all in the first floor apartment on 1.5 acres just outside village of Wellsville, 13 minutes to Alfred university, 30 minutes to Hornell, NY. Many original details from this 1870s home have been beautifully maintained. Sit on the large porch with hanging swing, walk out back to the river and enjoy the serene ambiance, go fishing, etc. Plenty of off street parking, large living room and dining room, fully stocked kitchen, huge bedrooms (2 with fireplaces and futons as well as long sized beds). There are tenants upstairs and we do request quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am.. This is not a party/event house and we are very strict with this. We do our best to ensure you have a wonderful stay with no.interuptions and always welcome suggestions!
