Build in 1896, the home is totally renewed with all the modern conveniences, but we've maintained all the classic charm of a historic farmhouse. Full office space, wireless, ping pong and foosball tables in the basement, along with a steam shower and soaking tub. Patios to the North and East for cooking out or relaxing, and a dining room table that seats up to 12. The property is vacant most of the year, so you'll have plenty of privacy. . . and the fully stocked kitchen will make cooking a pleasure as you watch the horses run by.
And did I mention the view from the breakfast nook? Unbelievable panoramic view of the beautiful prairie sunrise.
