No bluffs or long stairways, just a quick walk over a private sand dune. For you boaters, a full service marina is located at the end of the street not a half-mile away!

The attached screened in patio leads out onto a spacious deck perfect for relaxing with a bottle of wine and watching the sunset. Parking in front is easy for 4 cars and the garage includes a second refrigerator.
