The living room has two sleeper sectionals that sleep sleep 2 each. (4 total in the living room) Laundry in unit. Shower and Tub, children's high chair/pack and play, beach chairs. Kitchen has all appliances including Keurig duo coffee maker, wide variety of dishware, glasses and utensils. Kitchen table seats 8 and bartop seats 6. Two large sectional sofas in the living room can accommodate 10. Grill on the private deck and rooftop deck. All towels and linens included.
